About the role
Daikin Turkey is seeking a Credit Control Specialist to join its finance team in Istanbul. The role focuses on managing customer payments, reconciliations and ensuring compliance with contract payment terms.
Key responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations with customers and carry out transfer/offsetting transactions.
- Record arbitrage in foreign‑currency transactions and reconcile invoices with payments, including foreign‑exchange offsetting.
- Maintain the Direct Debit system and execute invoice‑payment equalisation transactions.
- Monitor and enforce payment clauses in contracts, track overdue loans and produce related reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in credit control or related finance functions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with SAP, preferably the FI/Hana module, is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS‑Office applications.
- Practical knowledge of SAP FI/Hana module.
