Credit Monitoring & Reporting Analytics Manager

About the role

ING is looking for a Credit Monitoring & Reporting Analytics Manager to lead credit risk monitoring, reporting and analytics. The role combines deep credit risk expertise with strong data‑driven analysis to identify emerging trends and drive actions across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor credit risk metrics, analyse emerging trends and present portfolio reports to credit committees and senior management.
• Manage IFRS 9 provisioning processes, including budgeting, performance tracking and forecast updates.
• Ensure effective operation of the Credit Early Warning System, drive enhancements and lead data‑quality initiatives.
• Oversee customer classification monitoring (DoD/NPL, Forbearage, Watch List) and coordinate with Credit Risk, Underwriting, Restructuring, Finance, Data Management and Technology teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8‑10 years of credit risk experience in banking.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end‑to‑end credit lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English communication.
