CRM Data Analysis Specialist – Starbucks

About the role

Alshaya Group’s Starbucks division is seeking a CRM Data Analysis Specialist to turn customer data into actionable insights that drive marketing and retention strategies. The role will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, test and optimise campaigns across the Turkish market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customer segmentation frameworks and targeting strategies.
• Design and propose campaign concepts based on journey insights and behavioural analytics.
• Define, execute and report on campaign feasibility and performance measurement.
• Build, monitor and improve churn and retention models.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems using BI tools.
• Design and conduct A/B tests, analyse results and recommend optimisations.
• Perform customer lifecycle analyses and generate business insights.
• Prepare analytical reports and executive presentations for senior management.
• Coordinate analytical requirements with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support budget planning through forecasting and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with data modelling techniques and best practices.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Proven track record of delivering dashboards and insights using Power BI.
• Experience designing, maintaining and managing ETL processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
