Customer Experience (CX) Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst to turn customer feedback into actionable insights. You will work across mobility, consumer goods, industrial and energy solutions to improve the end‑to‑end customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Collect feedback from surveys, social media, review sites and direct complaints.
• Visualise the full customer lifecycle and pinpoint touchpoints that affect satisfaction.
• Analyse drops in touchpoint scores to uncover operational or technical root causes.
• Design and maintain data pipelines using Python and APIs to extract, transform and load data from external platforms.
• Build reporting structures and dashboards that translate sentiment data into executive‑level summaries.
• Lead data‑tool projects, organise trainings on data security, automation and visualisation.
• Own data sources from CRM, ERP and other business systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, dashboard development and process automation.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.
