About the role

We are seeking a Customer Journey & Travel Support Specialist to ensure a seamless experience for travelers before, during, and after their trips. The role combines high‑quality customer service with digital product guidance in a fast‑moving travel‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via email, phone, chat, and WhatsApp Business.
• Guide users through our digital travel passes and related services.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and forward complex cases to the technical team.
• Monitor and respond to feedback on review platforms and social media.
• Share insights and pain points with product and marketing teams.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and after‑sales experience.
• Assist with booking, reservation, and tour coordination processes.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (additional language a plus).
• Passion for tourism and travel‑tech.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
• Comfortable using helpdesk tools, CRMs, and WhatsApp Business.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer support is a plus.
• Resides in Istanbul and can work on‑site in Harbiye.
