Customer Service Front Office Team Lead

About the role

This position offers the opportunity to lead customer service operations, drive operational excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers, sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to manage orders from creation to invoicing and continuously improve service processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CS Front Office team to meet all operational requirements.
• Ensure day‑to‑day customer activities comply with business standards and SHE regulations.
• Optimize people, resources and technologies to maintain compliance.
• Evaluate and improve regional CS Front Office performance and provide recommendations.
• Oversee order processing, export documentation, invoice disputes and customer complaints.
• Lead projects and initiatives that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6‑10 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an international organization with export management exposure.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑development abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of export regulations and processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using SAP (or similar) for customer service transactions and reporting.
