Customer Service Manager

About the role

As a Customer Service Manager at Goodyear in Istanbul, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering responsive, efficient and solution‑oriented service to our customers across the region. The role combines customer satisfaction focus with supply‑chain collaboration to drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve customer service and supply‑chain processes in line with company strategy and EMEA standards.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional partnerships with Cluster Supply Chain, Regional Customer Service and other supply‑chain teams.
• Lead, coach and empower team members, fostering an inclusive environment that supports professional growth and high performance.
• Participate in regional and local supply‑chain projects, ensuring alignment with Goodyear’s global standards.
• Monitor the business landscape, identify improvement opportunities and promote a culture of innovation and learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in supply‑chain operations or customer service within multinational, English‑speaking environments.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong collaboration, communication and presentation abilities.
• Project‑management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities.
