About the role

Eurofins Consumer Product Testing Turkey is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join its team in Mahmutbey, Bağcılar. The role involves supporting clients in the textile, leather, footwear and toys testing sectors, ensuring smooth sample processing and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Register new jobs and dispatch samples to the appropriate laboratories.
  • Generate client reports based on laboratory test results.
  • Provide client support via telephone and e‑mail.
  • Assist the sales department in preparing quotes for large‑scale projects.
  • Maintain a sustainable client portfolio and work to increase customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemistry or Textiles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Residency on the European side of Istanbul and no military obligation.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role within the TIC industry (preferred).

Required skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
