About the role

We are looking for a Customs Contact Center Advisor to join our customer service team. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing information on customs legislation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while supporting the customs services we deliver. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking guidance on customs procedures, ensuring accurate and timely responses while collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve complex queries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to the Customs Customer Services centre, adhering to company standards and customer expectations.
• Provide clear information on customs regulations and explain the range of customs services offered.
• Prioritise time‑sensitive issues and execute multiple business processes simultaneously.
• Maintain follow‑up on customer transactions by coordinating with customs brokers and internal customs teams.
• Handle both internal and external customer requests in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree graduate.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to manage several processes at once.
• Comfortable working under an intense and demanding schedule.
