Cyber Security Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Architect to protect our information assets, evolve our security architecture, and own critical areas from process design to compliance and audit. The role involves guiding IT teams, shaping enterprise‑level security controls, and staying ahead of emerging threats.

Key responsibilities

• Manage DLP, PAM, IDM and SIEM processes, including log source definition and correlation rule improvement.
• Perform access management, MFA/SSO governance, periodic access reviews, and support audit activities (KVKK, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Provide technical consultancy on security hardening for servers, clients, network infrastructure, and software development environments.
• Monitor security requirements across systems, infrastructure, applications, and development environments, and lead incident management and threat intelligence tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in information or cyber security.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, PAM, container and cloud security solutions.
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SANS, KVKK).

Required skills

• Active Directory, IDM, MFA/SSO, access management.
• SIEM, DLP, PAM, XDR, vulnerability management tools (Nessus, OpenVAS, Burp Suite).
• Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, proxy, load balancer.
• Security hardening for Windows, Linux, applications, and containers.
• Penetration testing methods and security architecture design.
