Data Analyst

About the role

Kopilot is building a global education super‑app and needs a Data Analyst to create a reliable analytics foundation that supports sales, marketing, product and growth decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Turn recurring analyses and reports into reusable, scalable data assets.
• Design and maintain analytics frameworks covering the full customer lifecycle.
• Build and optimise core business metrics for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and conversion.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse data from multiple systems.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve visibility into performance, identify trends, support segmentation and ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, BI or CRM‑related roles.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large, structured datasets.
• Experience analysing sales, marketing or product data.
• Outcome‑focused approach with the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who enjoys making data accessible and useful.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑growing organization.
