About the role
We are seeking a Data Scientist to turn player data into actionable insights that drive top‑performing games. You will work closely with Marketing, Development, and Product teams to analyze behaviour, optimise performance, and shape game strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Extract insights from large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement data models and machine learning algorithms to enhance game performance and player experience.
- Design and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and optimisations.
- Monitor and refine in‑game metrics to maximise player satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of data science experience, preferably in gaming or tech.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data for non‑technical teams.
