Dealer & OEM Audit Associate

About the role

DyDo DRINCO Turkey is looking for a Dealer & OEM Audit Associate to join its quality and food‑safety team in Akyazı. The role supports a people‑oriented environment, open communication and collaborative work across its beverage brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Quality/Food Safety/System Management system for five factories, dealers and warehouses.
• Ensure compliance with management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS, Halal, KVKK, ISO 27001, etc.) and legal regulations.
• Plan, conduct and monitor internal, external, OEM, dealer and warehouse audits, prepare reports and follow up corrective actions.
• Carry out quality risk assessments, root‑cause analysis and lead improvement projects on product efficiency, quality and food safety.
• Lead a team to establish and maintain quality management documentation, deliver training on food safety and quality culture.
• Manage dealer audit processes, monitor performance, and prepare KPI and performance reports.

Required profile

• Graduate in Food or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in food‑safety or quality auditing, preferably with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 auditor certification.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively, manage a team and travel without restriction.
• Fluent spoken and written English; residence in Sakarya or willingness to relocate.

Required skills

• ISO 9001 auditor certification.
• ISO 22000 auditor certification.
• Knowledge of BRCGS, Halal and other food‑safety standards.
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
