About the role
Transmed Turkiye is a full‑service distributor operating in 13 countries, handling distribution, sales and marketing for 60 leading brands. The company is looking for a Demand Planner to support its supply chain operations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement demand planning and integrated business planning processes.
- Prepare short, medium and long‑term demand plans.
- Conduct daily and weekly demand checks and monitor product supply issues.
- Publish daily stock‑out reports and execute stock allocation.
- Ensure orders are prepared and planned on time to avoid sales losses.
- Analyze data and guide sales teams to improve planning accuracy.
- Determine and monitor optimal stock levels, preventing slow‑moving inventory.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, engineering or business management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning or integrated business planning, preferably in FMCG.
- Good command of English.
- Completed military service for male candidates.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Demand planning expertise.
