About the role
We are looking for a Designer to lead the creation of innovative loungewear and outerwear collections for a well‑established fashion brand. You will oversee the full design process and ensure the final products align with our brand identity and market trends.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute design concepts for loungewear and outerwear, from initial sketch to final production.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align designs with business goals and current fashion trends.
- Conduct trend research and apply insights to design work.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering skill development and high performance.
Required profile
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ready‑to‑wear, lingerie, loungewear, or outerwear design.
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends and market demands.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
