About the role
The Development Engineer will act as the technical authority for Heatcell development, providing system‑level expertise and driving engineering excellence across international projects.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on complex Heatcell topics and system‑level interactions.
- Develop and promote engineering best practices, design guidelines, and technical methodologies.
- Lead technical investigations, risk assessments, and root‑cause analyses.
- Mentor and coach engineers to raise technical competency across teams.
Required profile
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in Heatcell development and HVAC engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
