Job description

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our fast‑growing iGaming technology team. You will design, build and operate highly available AWS‑based platforms that power our digital entertainment services.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain multi‑environment Kubernetes platforms on Amazon EKS using GitOps (ArgoCD).
  • Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for 400+ micro‑services across mono‑repo and multi‑repo structures.
  • Operate and troubleshoot Change Data Capture pipelines (MSSQL → Debezium → Kafka/MSK).
  • Manage observability stack: metrics (VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus), logging (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch), alerting (vmalert/Alertmanager) and dashboards (Grafana).
  • Implement disaster‑recovery and capacity‑planning processes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years hands‑on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE in production.
  • Strong expertise with AWS services (EKS, MSK, RDS, ElastiCache, Transit Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (multi‑cluster, Helm, Karpenter) and GitOps tools.
  • Experience designing CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform/Terragrunt).
  • Proficiency with observability tools (VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, New Relic).
  • Solid scripting skills in Bash and Python; Go is a plus.
  • Experience with managed databases (MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
