DevOps Engineer

MORE. is a group of studios that builds apps and SaaS platforms for customers worldwide, supporting founders who want to grow their businesses. As a DevOps Engineer you will build and manage secure, scalable environments on GCP and AWS, and take part in incident response and on-call duty.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage secure, scalable environments on GCP and AWS.
• Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Apply and evolve Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Terragrunt and Ansible.
• Build, improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions.
• Own monitoring and logging across the stack using Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog and New Relic.
• Respond to incidents in high-traffic production environments and take part in the weekly on-call rotation via Opsgenie.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of building secure, scalable environments on GCP or AWS (GCP preferred).
• Solid Linux systems knowledge, including administration and core troubleshooting.
• Experience managing high-traffic production environments, with hands-on incident response and diagnosis.
• Willingness to join the on-call rotation.
• Experience across multiple products or teams is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Scripting and automation in Bash or Python.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform, Terragrunt.
• CI/CD with GitHub or Bitbucket (GitHub Actions used).
• Monitoring and logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, New Relic.
• Databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Caching and message queues: Redis, Kafka.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, TLS) and cloud security basics (IAM, least privilege, secrets management).
