About the role
Join Getinge’s diverse team as a Digital Health Solutions Service Engineer, providing installation, configuration and support for cutting‑edge health technology across hospitals.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and deliver technical support for digital health products.
- Integrate solutions with hospital networks, low‑current systems and cabling.
- Coordinate system updates and testing with software teams.
- Train users and support customers in effective product use.
- Provide technical assistance to the sales team and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyse field issues, propose solutions and report on service activities.
Required profile
- Graduated from relevant vocational school departments.
- Minimum 3 years experience in digital solutions for the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in English with strong analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
- Valid B‑class driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Required skills
- Wiring and low‑current system expertise.
- Programming languages (unspecified) and SQL knowledge.
