Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for an innovative and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor in Istanbul. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies while managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage social media strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok to boost brand visibility.
• Create original copy, graphics and multimedia assets tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor analytics, evaluate campaign performance and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with design, sales and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Execute email marketing, SEO/SEM and paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyse competitor activity and industry trends to identify innovation opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector, preferably a luxury hotel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content.
• Excellent project management, organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
• Experience with digital analytics tools and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles and paid advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Basic graphic design software, video editing and content production.
• Understanding of CRM platforms and content management systems (CMS).
