Direct Sales Representative

About the role

Coface is seeking an energetic, customer‑focused Direct Sales Representative to join its Commercial Team in Istanbul. You will help companies manage business risks by promoting trade credit insurance and related financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals and market research.
• Conduct regular online and in‑person client visits, develop and manage a sales pipeline, and present Coface solutions to decision‑makers.
• Lead negotiations, close new deals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales administration, CRM updates and reporting while monitoring market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services, trade credit insurance, factoring or banking.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, manage the full sales cycle and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a results‑driven, hunter mindset.

Required skills

• Fluent in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
