About the role
Aksa Power Generation seeks a Director of Financial Affairs to lead its Budget & Reporting, General Accounting and upcoming Cost Accounting functions at the Kavacık headquarters. The role will coordinate financial management across domestic and international operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee General Accounting, Budget & Reporting, and Cost Accounting departments.
- Manage budgeting, planning, reporting processes and improve them continuously.
- Coordinate accounting and tax practices across all locations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Lead consolidation, elimination and cost‑accounting analyses to enhance profitability.
- Ensure SAP system usage, drive improvement projects and support digitalisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including Big‑4 background.
- Strong managerial experience in general and cost accounting, budgeting and financial analysis.
- Advanced English proficiency and ability to work with global teams.
