Director of Wellness

About the role

Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a clinically strong and people‑focused Director of Wellness to lead health services within its senior living community. The role is ideal for a nurse leader who takes ownership of clinical outcomes, acts with integrity, and prioritises resident safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services and resident care operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Lead Health Services Evaluations, monitor quality indicators, incident trends, and change‑of‑condition processes.
• Supervise and develop LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs, and caregivers while managing medication systems and pharmacy partnerships.
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory surveys, quality audits, and drive a culture of safety and clinical excellence.

Required profile

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing; multi‑state experience a plus.
• Previous leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, or long‑term care.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical operations.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
