Director, Services Business Development, Security and Fraud Solutions

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director to lead Services Business Development for Security and Fraud Solutions. The role focuses on expanding Mastercard’s security and identity portfolio across financial institutions and other customers, driving revenue and regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own market revenue for fraud prevention, dispute/chargeback optimization, digital identity and cybersecurity products.
• Build and convert a sales pipeline into closed deals, targeting both existing and new logos.
• Sell advisory, data insights and program‑management services alongside core security solutions.
• Develop bundled, market‑specific solutions that meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to present a unified value proposition.
• Partner with B2B marketing to execute demand‑generation initiatives.
• Act as the domain expert for security solutions in customer engagements.

Required profile

• Proven consultative B2B sales experience in security technologies for financial institutions and non‑financial customers.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market presence.
• Strong ability to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
