Document Cargo Operator – Incirlik Air Base, Turkey

About the role

Provide cargo support services at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, delivering priority and time‑sensitive shipments for the 39th Air Base Wing and associated units. The role ensures timely movement of documented cargo in accordance with Air Force regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support cargo operations Monday‑Friday, 07:30‑16:30.
• Manage and maintain documented cargo following AFI 24‑301 and AFQTP 24‑3‑100.
• Provide priority and MICAPS deliveries to installation units.
• Execute documented cargo functions under the TDD concept signed by the LRS commander.
• Conduct scheduled sweeps and coordinate presorting with Material Management Flight and Inbound Cargo.
• Maintain up‑to‑date delivery, point‑of‑contact, and classified receipt listings.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• Qualified under AFSC 2T151 Ground Transportation Journeyman (AFMAN 36‑2100).
• Valid driver’s license meeting host‑nation and SOFA requirements.
• Preferred experience as a Documented Cargo Operator, OLVIMS data entry, and familiarity with TURAF procedures for Incirlik AB.
