Driver – Hotel Shuttle & Valet Operations

About the role

Accor is looking for a reliable driver to ensure safe and punctual transportation for management, colleagues, and hotel guests. The role combines corporate shuttle duties with occasional valet support, contributing to a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Transport management and staff to business locations safely and on time.
• Maintain the company vehicle by overseeing cleaning, routine maintenance, and periodic inspections.
• Keep accurate and up‑to‑date vehicle usage logs.
• Strictly adhere to traffic regulations and internal company procedures.
• Report any breakdowns, maintenance needs, or accidents promptly.
• Assist the hotel’s valet team when required, handling guest vehicles with care during pickup and drop‑off.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• At least a high‑school diploma.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Possession of SRC 2 and psychotechnical certificates.
• Preferably a minimum of two years’ experience as an official, company, or valet driver.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safe driving techniques.
• Professional appearance and strong representation skills.
• Excellent communication, friendly demeanor, and solution‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work varying hours.
• Residence in, or ability to relocate to, Izmir.

Required skills

• Class B driver’s license.
• SRC 2 certification.
• Psychotechnical assessment certification.
