E-Commerce Manager

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as an E‑Commerce Manager and own end‑to‑end performance across marketplace, quick commerce and pure‑player channels. You will be responsible for P&L, promotional strategy and building a full‑funnel shopper approach on our e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L for assigned e‑commerce accounts/channels, driving profitable growth.
• Manage end‑to‑end promo calendar and activation plans, run A/B tests for optimisation.
• Develop and execute a 360° shopper strategy across all e‑commerce touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, agencies and activation partners to plan campaigns aligned with commercial priorities.
• Drive basket size growth, market‑share targets and product forecast planning.
• Work closely with supply‑chain, logistics and finance to ensure availability and commercial accuracy.
• Track performance, generate insights and proactively adjust plans.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience, minimum 3 years in e‑commerce within FMCG or small domestic appliances.
• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles, revenue growth and market‑share expansion.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) with an analytical mindset.
