About the role
Join ABB’s Early Talent Program, a 3‑month technology and project‑based program designed to give you hands‑on experience in electrification within a multinational environment. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site work at the Dilovası site with remote collaboration.
Required profile
- 3rd/4th year undergraduate or master student in Electrical, Electric‑Electronics, Control & Automation, or Industrial Engineering
- Available for part‑time or full‑time work
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Turkish
- Strong analytical, structural thinking and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and dedicated to learning
