About the role

The electrician will respond to fault requests from guest rooms, public areas, front desk and back‑office, ensuring the hotel remains in optimal condition. The role includes preventive maintenance, safety compliance and support for emergency situations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer fault requests from all hotel areas and keep facilities operational.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure equipment meets required standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment, verify that all tools and equipment are functional.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls, follow fire safety procedures and health‑safety regulations.
• Operate the pool according to brand and local standards and ensure the BMS system is fully functional.
• Record all tasks performed at the end of each shift and ensure hotel systems under your responsibility are operational.

Required profile

• Graduate of a relevant university, college or vocational school, or holder of a MEB‑approved professional competency certificate.
• Preferably 2‑5 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work in a shift schedule.
• Preferably basic English communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate in Turkish.

Required skills

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with BMS (Building Management System) operation.
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations.
