Enablement Officer / Solution Engineer

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an Enablement Officer / Solution Engineer to support a client’s technical onboarding and integration processes. You will act as the primary technical liaison, delivering demos, designing solutions, and ensuring successful go‑live for crypto‑payment and fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality product demos and support pre‑sales activities.
• Translate business requirements into technical recommendations and integration designs.
• Lead end‑to‑end technical onboarding, validate API flows, and manage the go‑live process.
• Provide ongoing technical support during onboarding and act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve integration blockers.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to meet integration timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Integration Engineer, or Technical Consultant in a SaaS or fintech environment.
• Hands‑on experience with crypto payments, payment systems, PSP/API integrations, or wallet infrastructure.
• Strong client‑facing background with pre‑sales and technical support experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation setting.
