End User Business Development Manager

About the role

HID Global is seeking an End User Business Development Manager to drive growth across commercial, enterprise and public‑sector verticals in Turkey. The role combines strategic account planning with hands‑on field work, requiring frequent travel to meet customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities across all major verticals.
• Manage and develop named end‑user accounts, delivering tailored solutions and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and execute account strategies, including detailed account plans.
• Introduce the latest HID products and solutions to prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales, and provide excellent customer service.
• Represent HID at trade shows, customer events and industry meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of key‑account management experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Turkish.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 60 % of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
