English Teacher - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced English teacher to help train AI language models. The role requires an expert level of linguistics and the ability to converse fluently in both English and Turkish while interacting with chat‑bots to assess and improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage AI chat‑bots in diverse, complex bilingual tasks in English and Turkish.
• Evaluate the outputs of the chat‑bots for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Write original conversation scripts to teach the AI appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Turkish.
• Detail‑oriented with expert‑level writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must reside in Turkey and be able to work independently as a contractor.
