About the role
Flalingo is seeking experienced English teachers to lead group classes focused on speaking proficiency. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while delivering dynamic, interactive lessons.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct group English classes aimed at improving speaking skills.
- Facilitate interactive lessons that encourage student participation.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized support.
- Monitor progress and adapt lessons to individual needs.
- Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years teaching English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven experience delivering effective feedback.
- Comfortable working fully remotely.
- Passion for helping students achieve their language goals.
