About the role
We are seeking an entry‑level Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot common problems and document interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve support processes and contribute to the knowledge base.
Required profile
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Patient, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn new software, tools, and processes.
