Executive Assistant – Istanbul

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at BCG Platinion’s Istanbul office. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, manage schedules, travel and coordinate internal and client events in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agendas, travel arrangements and expense reporting for senior staff and directors.
• Coordinate meetings, conference bridges, room bookings and catering services.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in Turkish and English.
• Organise client appointments, workshops, and internal office events.
• Prepare presentation materials and weekly timesheets.
• Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and act as main point of contact for the Istanbul team.
• Collaborate with other assistants and maintain strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum four years of assistant experience in a fast‑paced business environment.
• Business‑fluent written and spoken Turkish and English.
• Strong organisational, communication and client‑oriented skills.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Professional appearance and trustworthy attitude.
