Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the General Manager of Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company. The role is central to daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings, travel, and communications while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule, and daily priorities.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record action items and follow up on their completion.
• Handle correspondence in Turkish and English.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Arrange visitor and guest logistics.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal departments.
• Manage confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion.
• Perform additional administrative and organizational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree.
• Minimum five years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of trustworthiness, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented attitude with strong follow‑up abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
