Expert Network Associate – Knowledge Brokerage

About the role

Reticula is seeking an Expert Network Associate to act as a knowledge broker between clients and top‑tier industry experts. You will help connect consulting, strategy and investment teams with the precise expertise they need, using a proprietary AI‑enabled platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and vet subject‑matter experts across diverse industries.
• Manage end‑to‑end expert engagements, including scheduling and coordination.
• Build and nurture relationships with both clients and experts, ensuring a high‑quality experience.
• Collaborate with the team to expand the expert network and client base.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market developments and emerging sectors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for connecting people with knowledge and a proactive, initiative‑taking attitude.
• Strong critical thinking, judgement under pressure and multitasking ability.
