About the role
Fleks Electrical Supplies is seeking an Export Sales & Business Development Specialist to expand its international customer base and support the export sales team in Hadımköy, Istanbul. The role focuses on B2B sales of cable protection and management products across global markets.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers, distributors and partners in overseas markets.
- Introduce product range through professional email, telephone and online communication.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
- Coordinate order requirements with production and logistics teams.
- Support export documentation, shipment tracking and preparation for international exhibitions.
Required profile
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, organisation and follow‑up abilities.
- Interest in international trade and B2B sales.
- Ability to research markets and spot business opportunities.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Hadımköy location.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using digital communication tools (email, video calls, CRM platforms).
