Export Sales Specialist (Russian Speaker)

About the role

The Export Sales Specialist will drive international sales growth for electric motor and power transmission products, focusing on Russian‑speaking markets. The role involves market research, distributor management, and end‑to‑end export coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct systematic market research in the assigned region to identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing distributors, including visits and follow‑ups.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
• Oversee the export sales process from quotation and pricing through production and shipment, coordinating with production and operations teams.
• Report sales performance against targets and monitor market dynamics and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least 3 years of international export sales experience, preferably in electric motors or power transmission.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Russian.
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul; male candidates must have completed military service.

Required skills

• Experience using ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
