Factory Finance Business Partner

About the role

Otis is seeking a Factory Finance Business Partner for its Buga manufacturing site in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul. You will act as a trusted advisor to management, driving financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Controlling team.
• Own the annual budgeting and financial planning process, focusing on personnel and operating costs.
• Conduct profitability and cost analyses with Business Unit Managers and support improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present KPIs, financial results, and project updates to national and international stakeholders.
• Optimize and develop controlling and finance processes, implementing efficient new solutions.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under Turkish GAAP and US GAAP.
• Collaborate with international Finance teams, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, IT, and factory leadership.
• Oversee financial and commercial management of subcontractors, including budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice validation.
• Maintain intercompany pricing structures for the factory product portfolio.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional Controlling experience with proven leadership in a manufacturing or international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and US GAAP accounting principles.
• Fluent Turkish and very good English communication skills.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
