F&B Reservation Agent

About the role

We are looking for a professional and detail‑oriented F&B Reservation Agent to join our hospitality team at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor in Istanbul. You will be the primary contact for managing reservations and guest communications across all food and beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily reservations, incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with accuracy and a customer‑focused approach.
• Utilize reservation platforms such as SevenRooms to process and track reservations efficiently.
• Handle VIP reservations, special requests, celebrations, large parties, and individual guest preferences.
• Maintain comprehensive guest profiles, including dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Monitor real‑time availability, manage waitlists, cancellations, and reservation modifications.
• Collaborate with restaurant, host, and culinary teams to communicate reservation details and VIP arrivals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Turkish and additional languages are valued.
• Professional, positive, guest‑focused attitude with empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and resilient during high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency or willingness to quickly master reservation management systems, specifically SevenRooms.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate guest records.
