About the role
The F&B Server will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service at The Grand Tarabya, a historic luxury hotel managed by Accor in Istanbul. You will ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in a setting that blends elegance with Bosphorus views.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the outlet for service, including mise‑en‑place, table setting, and light cleaning.
- Take guest orders, upsell menu items, and accurately record sales using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to brand standards and clear tables promptly.
- Handle opening and closing duties, maintain a clean workstation, and follow presentation guidelines set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
Required profile
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
- Ability to stay calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
Required skills
- Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
