Pozisyon Hakkında

NEXA HR, danışmanlığını yürüttüğü global iş ortağı için tüm Türkiye'de Felemenkçe bilen müşteri temsilcisi arıyor. Pozisyon home office çalışması ile tam zamanlıdır.

Sorumluluklar

Felemenkçe dilinde gelen çağrıların profesyonelce karşılanması
Felemenkçe ve İngilizce chat/yazılı taleplerin yanıtlanması
Müşteri süreçlerinin prosedürlere göre yönetilmesi
Sistem kayıtlarının eksiksiz ve doğru tutulması

Aranan Profil

Felemenkçe C1-C2 seviyesinde sözlü ve yazılı iletişim
Vardiyalı çalışma sistemine uyum
İletişim becerisi, sorumluluk bilinci ve takım çalışmasına yatkınlık
