Field Medical Lead

About the role

The Field Medical Lead is a field‑based Medical Affairs position responsible for developing deep medical and scientific expertise within a specific therapeutic area. The role involves building long‑term peer‑to‑peer relationships with key therapeutic experts and contributing to the regional medical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with therapeutic area experts and investigators.
• Collect and share scientific insights from clinical visits and scientific activities.
• Contribute to the disease‑area medical strategy and prepare a regional medical plan.
• Support product teams with medical presentations, advisory boards, scientific events and digital medical projects.
• Identify and evaluate new clinical research centers, assess feasibility and support patient recruitment.
• Respond to unsolicited HCP questions in line with legal, regulatory and Roche SOPs.
• Determine internal training needs and deliver therapeutic and scientific training.

Required profile

• Medical or pharmacy degree; experience in rheumatology or nephrology preferred.
• Previous pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and strong stakeholder‑management skills.
