Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, results‑driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and directly impact our business. The role focuses on distributor management and growth in Traditional Trade.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue targets, maximise product distribution and manage trade budgets within the territory.
• Negotiate annual agreements and develop joint business plans with key local accounts and trade partners.
• Introduce and grow product categories across relevant sub‑channels.
• Lead accurate periodic and annual sales forecasting for distributors.
• Plan and execute promotional activity calendars and pricing strategies.
• Manage product mix and trade investments to contribute to the region’s P&L.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in distributor management and Traditional Trade.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel and be active in the field.
• Action‑oriented, resilient and highly customer‑focused.
