Field Sales Executive – Siirt

About the role

CCI, a multinational beverage company, is seeking a results‑driven Field Sales Executive to join its team in Siirt. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding product penetration, and building lasting relationships with customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly volume and revenue targets for the assigned region.
• Lead and support the sales team to increase CCI product penetration.
• Develop sales with existing distributors and identify new opportunities.
• Visit customers regularly to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.
• Identify field execution opportunities and persuade customers to adopt them.
• Manage all sales execution and customer‑management actions to meet business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial‑Management Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in the FMCG sector, preferably food or beverage.
• Strong command of English and no travel restrictions.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to locate in Siirt‑Kars.
• Proven ability to lead people and understand full‑cycle sales functions.
