Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will drive profitable and sustainable sales growth for Avery Dennison’s label packaging and materials business in Turkey. This hybrid position focuses on expanding market share within existing accounts and winning new business through strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales quotas and growth targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to communicate Avery Dennison’s value proposition.
• Navigate complex customer challenges, negotiate pricing, terms, and service commitments, and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas and drive sustainable growth.
• Strong end‑to‑end knowledge of the product portfolio with the ability to demonstrate solutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in negotiation and financial acumen for pricing and service terms.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and evaluating market trends.
