Field Service Engineer

About the role

Join Renault Trucks Türkiye as a Field Service Engineer and help shape sustainable transport solutions. You will act as the primary technical support for dealers and customers, handling complex repairs, warranty claims, and goodwill requests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the help desk for the dealer network, addressing technical repair and warranty/goodwill requests.
• Perform warranty quality audits, evaluate cases, and ensure proper use of warranty budgets.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers and private workshops to verify correct repair procedures and assess technician competence.
• Provide technical feedback, compile reports, and support the sales and 24/7 service teams as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service, after‑sales, or warranty operations, preferably in automotive or heavy‑duty vehicles.
• Strong communication skills in English and willingness to travel frequently.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and technical documentation tools.
