Field Services Specialist – IT Support

About the role

iSoftStone is seeking a Field Services Specialist to deliver on‑site IT support for its Mersin location. You will be the first point of contact for end‑users, handling incidents, installations, and maintenance of a wide range of devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site incident resolution, installation, and troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers, and network issues.
• Deliver VIP and Tech Bar support, both remotely and on‑site, including system configuration guidance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets: inventory tracking, labeling, warehouse coordination, and disposal.
• Coordinate repairs and logistics with vendors and third‑party service providers.
• Participate in IT projects, new site openings, hyper‑care activities, and special initiatives.
• Offer after‑hours or escalation support for plant‑critical issues when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on field IT support experience.
• Ability to travel between sites and work in on‑site environments.
• Basic English reading and writing skills for documentation and vendor coordination.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCP/MCSA) are a plus.
