Field Services Specialist

About the role

iSoftStone is seeking a Field Services Specialist to deliver onsite IT support for its Istanbul locations. The role involves direct interaction with end‑users, handling hardware and software incidents, and ensuring smooth operation of IT assets across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite end‑user support, including incident resolution, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers and network connections.
• Deliver VIP and Tech Bar support, both remotely and onsite, offering system configuration guidance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets: inventory tracking, labeling, warehouse coordination and disposal.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party service providers for repairs, logistics and onsite activities.
• Participate in IT projects, new site openings, hyper‑care phases and special initiatives.
• Offer after‑hours or escalation support for plant‑critical issues when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on field IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware replacement, imaging, configuration and end‑user assistance.
• Ability to travel between sites and work in onsite environments.
• Fluent in English and Turkish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft MCP/MCSA) are a plus.
